Memorial Bench Donation Program

Memorialize a bench within your community! This is a great way to support your local recreational system while memorializing or honoring a loved one. These can be used to mark important occasions including graduations, weddings, anniversaries, births, and the passing of a friend or family member.

A one-time tax deductible gift of $500 made payable to the City of Huntington-Park Donation Fund will go to purchase a bench, engrave a plaque, and install it within our community in parks, along trails, and in public spaces. The City of Huntington has the right to review the inscription and in its sole discretion reject any that are found to be objectionable or offensive given the public setting.

Benches may not be decorated and plants are not permitted to be placed or planted around or near the benches. Due to future park renovations, benches may be moved, removed or replaced (with or without the plaque). The City of Huntington may discontinue this program at any time without notice.
